Cancellation policy

Our cancellation are as follows:

  • No fee for cancellation of up to five rooms before 4 pm on the day of arrival.
  • No fee for cancellation of six to ten rooms within 48 hours before arrival.
  • No fee for cancellation of more than ten rooms within 72 hours before arrival.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, we charge 80% of the room rate for the first night.
