Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:


We like to inform you that your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival if you reconfirm. If reservations are not confirmed, the rooms will be held until 4 pm.

Cancellations have therefore to be made no later than 4 pm on the arrival day, otherwise we are obliged to charge the room(s) to the guarantee mentioned above. In case of a late cancellation later than 4 pm on the arrival day, we charge 100% of the first night's accommodation.
