Cancellation policy


Group Cancellation

For reservation more than 10 rooms we have the following terms and conditions:

  • until 21 days before arrival, until 6pm: free of charge
  • from 20 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the first night for all booked rooms
  • from 9 to 2 days before arrival: 80% of the first night for all booked rooms
  • after 2 days before arrival: 100% of the first nihgt for all booked rooms


During exhibitions, we use these terms and conditions: Geschäftsbedingungen


Our cancellation are as follows:

  • No fee for cancellation  before 12 am on the day of arrival
  • For cancellation between 12 am and 6 pm on the arrival day we charge 50% of the first night's accommodation.
  • For cancellation after 6 pm we charge the full first night accommodation.

We like to inform you that your reservation can be guaranteed for late arrival with your credit card. If reservations are not guaranteed, the rooms will be held until 4 pm.
