At Restaurant Fujiya of Japan we offer authentic Japanese cuisine. Grilled specialties are prepared at your table by our Japanese Chef, who will stun you with his mastery and dexterity. This is a long-standing tradition, as we were the first restaurant in Switzerland to import a Teppanyaki table grill and to serve Japanese delicacies. Teppanyaki is a treat both to your eyes and to your palate.
A perfect culinary experience for your special event. Crisp king prawns are carved by the master and grilled following a strict ritual. Tender sirloin steak is softly grilled and garnished with Asian vegetables. Delicious sushi is prepared from fresh tuna and salmon.
